Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information :

Orders placed until 14.00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 14.00 will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping is not available on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order submission steps from the My Orders section in the My Account section.

For Your Order Cancellation Requests :

If your order is in the "Preparation" phase and your product has not yet been delivered to the courier authorities, you can report it by calling thelucidlab customer service or sending an e-mail to support@thelucidlab.com Your order will be canceled on the same day.

Refund Process :

Your returned product will be inspected by thelucidlab officials and investigated for compliance with the return requirements. The return of the eligible products will be approved, and the price of the product will be transferred to your bank within 10 business days. The reflection of this fee on your account can take 7-15 business days as required by bank procedures.
      • The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and undamaged as a result of misuse.
      • You must definitely send the sales invoice for the product.
      • If the invoice of the product is corporate, a change or refund is made on the amount in the invoice, without including the shipping cost, which is arranged by the institution for the return process.
      • The customer is obliged to return the product with the condition when it was delivered to the customer and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
